Refunds and Returns

We want every customer visiting the Matching Style website to have the perfect online shopping experience. Thus our team is constantly working hard to ensure that we can provide the best products to make every purchase a quality purchase for a superb shopping experience with us.

Do you have any reason to exchange or return any of the shirts you bought from us? No problem. We are aware there could be some situations where you either made the wrong orders or something happened to the goods before getting to you. We are ready to offer exchanges and we accept the returns of damaged or defected goods provided all the necessary conditions are met. We have listed the policy guarding the exchange and return of our shirts below.

Policy on Exchange

  • The shirt must not be customized.
  • You must return the good to be exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • If you are an international customer, you will be charged the shipment fee when returning the good (s).
  • You must not have washed the shirt to be returned.
  • Clearance shirts do not also qualify for an exchange.

Policy on Returns

  • We do not accept returns on customized shirts.
  • You are not expected to have worn or washed the shirt you are returning.
  • The return of any good must be carried out within 7 days.
  • Buyers are also expected to pay the return shipping fees, especially, in the case of international buyers.

Holiday Extensions

When a good is delivered to a customer during the holiday seasons, we might decide to extend the number of days allowed for the goods to be returned.

However, we are well aware of the fact that due to certain situations which may be out of our control, some of the products on the Matching Style online store may not meet your standards as a shopper. To compensate for this shortcoming and encourage you to keep shopping with us, we offer service returns and refunds.

Our customers may return products which have been delivered to them within the first 7 days after they received the products. We will however not accept products returned after 7 days as the terms of returns are valid for only the first 7 days after delivery.

The terms of returns are only applicable in two cases as explained below;

  1. If the product is defective -A product is determined to be defective if;
  • It's obviously broken and unusable
  • The product received is different from the product that was ordered
  • The size of the product received is different from the size that was ordered

Our customers have the right to receive a new product in the event that the product delivered is actually defective. If however, the product is unavailable or out of stock, then we will make refunds to the customer for the total amount the product or with a Store Credit.

  1. If the product doesn't match the expectations – A product does not match the expectations of the customer if it fulfills any of the following points;
  • The size does not match the customer's measurements.
  • The customer just wants to return it or exchange it for another product.
  • The patterns on the product do not match the patterns on the picture of the product on the website
  • The color of the product does not match the color on the picture of the product on the website
  • The material of the product does not meet the customer's requirements

In the event that the product does not suit the expectations of the user, instead of having the customer return the product, we may offer a 75% discount off the value of the item for the customer to keep the product in exchange, effectively the potential costs of shipping the product back.

Conditions to Apply for a Change or Return

  • Refund requests sent via email, chats or other methods will not be addressed.
  • Refund requests made after the first 7 days will not be accepted regardless of the reasons.
  • The costs of shipping the products to be returned will be borne solely by the customer.
  • Refunds for returned products will be made via the same payment method used by the customer when the order was placed.
  • Refunds/Changes will only be effected when we receive the tracking number of the product to be returned to serve as a guarantee.
  • Products that have been altered, damaged, dirtied or removed from their original packaging will not be accepted for return.
  • Once we have sent a confirmation of refund to the customer, it may take about 7 to 14 working days for the money to be reflected in your bank account.
